BOT: Week 3

We (I) had a great week. We went camping over the 4th of July weekend. We did a lot of relaxing but had a great time doing it. We hung out on the beach, did a little crabbing for the first time. Even with all the relaxing, I worked hard to hit my daily steps goal. I have mine set at 8,000 steps. If this keeps up I’m going to change my goal to 10,000 steps. My body has been so sore. I have been trying to workout as often as I can. I’m averaging about 3-4 times each week. The soreness I’ve been feeling is a good feeling and I know the more I workout the less sore I will be. I’m happy to say that I’ve lost 2 pounds! I’ve also noticed small changes on myself. It’s not enough, I think, for anyone else to notice. These small changes but very motivating for me to keep going.
