This year my family and I have discovered a love for soups, some of them Progresso soups. Another new favorite is the Chicken Tortilla. This is another easy meal (my favorite kind). Just dump the soup into a pot and heat on the stove.
Now, sometimes to help make a soup great is to have the perfect side to eat with it. This was a soup my husband brought home. I wasn’t sure if my kids were going to like it (they do). So, to help provide a decent meal in case they wouldn’t eat the soup, we paired this soup with a cheese quesadilla. OMG! Dipping the quesadilla in the soup was SO GOOD!
I suggest you give this one a try. What are some of your favorite soups and sides?
