Like I have said before, I love simple meals. One of our simplest meals that we love to do this time of year is a can of Progresso New England Clam Chowder! To feed my family we need three cans, but all I need to do is open the can(s), pour it into a pot and heat it on the stove. This takes ten minutes at most.
However, this year we have discovered, from Costco, The Essential Baking Company’s organic Bake-at-home sourdough bread. It bakes for about twelve minutes at 425 degrees fahrenheit. It is freshly baked bread at home without spending hours preparing it (my kind of bread… easy).
