I recently decided to take the leap into Whole Foods ( not the store, although I do love the store) but the world of whole food eating. The idea is to remove sugar, dairy, and grains from your diet. 😳 And I’m terrified because those are all my favorite things… let’s be honest..aren’t they everyone’s?
I plan to slowly work up to removing all these from my diet over the course of this next week. And my goal is to keep myself accountable right here on this blog, so please bare with me as I stumble my way through this new lofty goal. 😳
